Based on the case study selected in Unit 1, develop a context diagram and a decision tree, and decide on using either an off-the-shelf software or developing custom software.
Evaluate the project requirements for the project selected (i.e., mission statement, SWOT analysis, identify key system stakeholders). Be sure to annotate changes made. Then, address the following:
Create a context diagram. Identify the process and entities, and provide at least 1 inflow and 1 outflow into each entity.
Create a decision tree.
Evaluate the pros and cons for using customized software and off-the-shelf software.
Briefly evaluate the project system approach.
