When you can request a refund
You can request a full or partial refund if the writer misses the deadline, if the work still doesn't follow your brief after a revision, or if the order is cancelled before work starts.
Before a writer is hired
Posting is free. Cancel before hiring and nothing is charged.
After a writer is hired
Your funds sit in your wallet. Cancel before the writer starts and the full amount stays in your wallet. If work has begun, a partial refund may apply based on progress.
After delivery
Ask for a free revision first. If the revised work still misses the original brief, open a refund request within 14 days of delivery and our team will review it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your StudyGators wallet straight away, or to your original card within 4 to 6 business days on request.
What is not covered
New instructions added after hiring, unhappiness with a grade when the brief was followed, or requests made after 14 days.
